I ordered a spare charger for the Stroll 1 model

First, even though it was estimated 3-5 Business days delivery, I had to contact support after about 10 days and I only got the order almost one month later

Now the big surprise is the charger I have received does not even have a plug, just the charger itself and the cable to connect to the bike, but not to the electricity, so basically it is totally useless unless I can get some plug separately...

Really bad customer experience, especially compared to the good experience when I got the bike...

I have contacted support again and I hope this can be sorted out ASAP by either receiveing a proper charger or just a refund, this is not tolerable at all...
