I strongly advise everyone to stay away from DYU and avoid making the same mistake I did.

I ordered a complete rear wheel with a motor for my bicycle. First, DYU sent me a child seat mounting kit (seriously!), and then after I returned the kit, they sent me only the motor – even though before the purchase I had received written confirmation that I was buying a complete wheel with a motor, not just the motor (I have the correspondence to prove this). For weeks I repeatedly received products that were different from what I ordered, which already shows a complete lack of control over their own logistics and inventory. On top of that, after returning the product over six weeks ago and providing all the requested information and even a photo of the parcel before shipment, DYU still has not refunded my money and keeps hiding behind “warehouse checks” instead of actually solving the problem.

I have never encountered a company with such a level of organizational chaos and incompetence. DYU clearly has no respect for customers’ time or money, and their internal processes seem completely broken.

For these reasons, I strongly warn all potential buyers: do not purchase anything from DYU. If something goes wrong with your order, you may end up in the same situation as I did – with the wrong products, endless excuses, and no refund for weeks.
