What is the suggested height and max load ?
Height Range: 5'2-6'4. Max Load: 264.55lb（120kg）
What is the max range? What is battery’s life? How can I maintain the battery?
Assist Max range: 34.2 mi/55 km.Battery rated for 300 charge cycles（Battery efficiency down to 80%）. (Approx 5-6 hours per charge session). Battery Maintain: Charge battery at least once a month if you plan to not use E-bike on a regular basis.
How/Where can I replace/buy parts/accessories?

Can I change the max speed? Is the set max speed legal in my country?
Max speed of T1 is 25 km/h (15.53 mph), for sake of safety, you can’t change the max speed setting. We set max speed according to local law/regulations.
Can I get a receipt?
DYU is legal to sell our E-bikes in your country. We can provide you receipt. Please contact our customer service and share us your email.

I ordered my bikes because of the promotion buy one get one “free”. It arrived in a week time. First ride was okay. The bike seems to be solid, however the derailleurs needed adjustment as the gears were pulling out, there’s no way you can unlock the speed as you can do with other brands. The 2nd ride I had a flat tyre (a bit uncommon considering that the tyre is brand new) so I took to the bike shop to change the inner tube + adjust the derailleur (although I sent a message to DYU asking for help) but received no reply (Nice start right?).
I spent 30£ to fix the inner tube + derailleur (after 2 rides). On the 4th ride same tyre blew off again (like, really?) what are the chances? Well, it happened with me. Now I will try to fix myself, otherwise it would be reasonable to sell the bike. If I have a flat tyre every 2 rides I’m screwed.
Said all of that, I still can’t recommend because my experience has been awful (and it’s just the first week with the bike). If I have at least a response from Customer Service it might help.

Pigg och smidig cykel.
Kör ca 10min på vardera sida om tåget och viker ihop den under tågresan.
Bara kört några dagar men känns gedigen och elmotorn hjälper till bra i backarna.
Möjligt att man skulle vilja ha högre växlar för plan mark och nedförsbacke.
Smidig att fälla ihop och fälla ut. Något tung/otymplig att lyfta upp på hyllan i tåget, men ser det som lite extra motion ;).

Ein super schickes Klapp E Bike. ich konnte das Rad komplett zusammen bauen und losfahren ging sehr gut und einfach.
Das Rad ist einfach zu fahren, bequemer Sitz und Sattel, einfaches Schalten und das Fahren macht viel Spaß.
Ein tolles Fahrrad zu einem super Preis. Würde es immer empfehlen.

I just recieved the DYU T1 and I was surprised by the quality of materials. The body is very well constructed.The assisted pedaling is awsome. Absolute recomended buy for city transfers and to carry away folded with your car

I bought this e-bike because i want to drive bike for my job. I have 7km trip and this is so nice to travel it.
Bike is high quality and just that price its very nice set.
In the package i didnt get saddle hex head wrench what you need to adjust saddle, so its good to have 6mm wrench. Also kind of wants more gears, gear 7 you have to stamp much more, but its not big issue. This is city e-bike so there this is absolutely perfect bike!
